The electromagnetic direct injection heat exchange system of Winner is mainly composed of electromagnetic direct injection power system,waste heat recovery and utilization system, damping and support device, burner hood, high efficiency negative pressure combustion system, heat exchange system and wheel hub power system. This system is an advanced, clean, energy-saving and environmentally friendly steel making technology. This technology can heat materials in the trough, which saves energy and improves the working environment. In the process of heating materials, a large amount of waste flue gas is generated. In order to ensure the effective recycling of any pollutants in the scrap fumes, the waste heat recovery system is used in the dust removal system to avoid the generation of harmful gases.
