Use and maintenance of WLZD conjoined vibration motor:

1. The two motors are connected as a whole and operate relative to each other.

2. Install the conjoined vibrating motor on the vibrating machine, and use the anti-loosening device for the anchor bolts to prevent the bolts from loosening and damaging the motor.

3. After the installation is completed, the test run is 2 to 4 hours. After everything is normal, it can be put into use.

4. The motor will be repaired once every 4 to 6 months, and will be overhauled once a year.

5. Regularly maintain and supplement the bearing with an appropriate amount of grease. The oil filling amount is generally 2/3 of the bearing cavity, and should not be excessive. Refill every 3 to 5 months.
