1. Project Overview
This large-scale hydropower project is a key water conservancy and clean energy facility developed primarily for power generation. It also undertakes multiple auxiliary functions including water storage and energy regulation, shares the flood control tasks of the Yangtze River Basin, and optimizes the dry-season waterway navigation conditions of the Yangtze River, delivering remarkable comprehensive economic and ecological benefits.
The dam site is located downstream of the Qinghe River estuary, with a controlled drainage basin area of 65,857 square kilometers. The site boasts an average annual flow of 670m³/s. The reservoir operates at a normal water level of 2865m, with a corresponding total storage capacity of 10.154 billion cubic meters and an adjustable storage capacity of 6.56 billion cubic meters. Equipped with multi-year regulation capability, the project achieves an average annual power generation of 11.491 billion kWh.
2. Aggregate System Parameters
The supporting aggregate production system is customized for the hydropower project’s main construction works. It is designed to produce a total of 985,050 tons of qualified concrete aggregate, including 305,580 tons of manufactured sand, with a rated processing capacity of 1400 tons per hour. Raw materials are sourced from dedicated quarry stone materials to ensure stable and high-quality aggregate supply.
3. Project Cooperation & Operation Schedule
We provided a complete, full-set aggregate production line solution and equipment for this key hydropower project. In strict accordance with the main project construction schedule, the aggregate system was officially commissioned at the end of January 2017 and began supplying qualified concrete aggregate to the main project on January 31, 2017, ensuring efficient and orderly progress of the overall hydropower construction.
