1. Project Equipment Configuration
The municipal solid waste treatment plant is equipped with a complete set of professional sorting and conveying equipment, including chain conveyors, uniform feeders, bag breakers, magnetic separators, three-medium separators, belt conveyors and rotary hoppers. The matched full-process mechanical sorting system realizes automatic, continuous and efficient classification and pretreatment of domestic waste, laying a solid foundation for subsequent resource recycling.
2. Waste Subsequent Resource Processing
The sorting line realizes classified disposal and resource reuse of various domestic waste materials, with mature and comprehensive subsequent treatment processes, as detailed below:
1. Waste Plastics: Sorted waste plastic bags and plastic materials can be further processed through granulation and oil refining to realize secondary resource utilization.
2. Solid Recyclables: Various recyclable solid materials such as beverage bottles, wine bottles and waste batteries are accurately separated for centralized recycling and reuse.
3. Muck Materials: The sorted muck can be subjected to biological fermentation and composting treatment, turning waste into organic fertilizer resources.
4. Residual Organic Matter: Vegetable leaves, food residues and other organic wastes are crushed and then processed via fermentation and composting, realizing harmless treatment and resource recycling.
5. Iron Metal Products: Iron materials such as beer caps and other scrap iron products are separated by magnetic separation for professional recycling and regeneration.
