1. Customer Overview
The customer is a professional mineral processing enterprise focusing on gold mine development and beneficiation. The supported gold mine project features a designed processing capacity of 3,000 tons per day, adopting a three-shift production mode with an 8-hour working shift. The mine operates at an average altitude of 1050 meters, with stable and continuous daily production demands for ore screening and grading procedures.
2. Background of Equipment Replacement
The customer was previously equipped with a 3673 double-layer circular vibrating screen for gold ore screening. The equipment was originally designed with a processing capacity of 700t/h, a maximum feeding particle size of 180mm, and adaptable material moisture content of 2%-6%. Its rated under-screen handling capacity for materials finer than 10mm was 250t/h, with a matching motor power of 74KW.
However, the old equipment suffered from prominent performance deficiencies in actual operation. The real on-site processing capacity was only 450t/h, and the practical under-screen handling capacity for materials below 10mm merely reached 180t/h, which failed to meet the designed production indicators. In addition, the equipment had severe wear problems, with the service life of core bearings limited to only six months, resulting in frequent maintenance, high operating costs and restricted overall production efficiency.
