The movement track of scale vibrating screen is straight lines, which is widely used in grading, dewatering, stripping and desliming in the coal industry. The machine is composed of multiple screening units, each vibrating independently. Each screening unit is driven by an independent vibration source, the independent screening unit adopts an adjustable equal-thickness structure. Through frequency and amplitude modulation, it can increase the probability of material and screen surface contact, enhance the screening efficiency. The surface of the screen is divided into zero parts, the unit combination and independent vibration, which greatly reducing the overall stiffness and strength, so that the life of sieve body is extended.
Each independent screening unit can select different parameters such as inclination angle, vibration direction angle, amplitude and vibration frequency according to different screening materials, so as to achieve the best combination of screening.

The high-frequency low-amplitude, low-frequency high-amplitude free adjustment and the mutual conversion between the circular motion and the linear motion have changed the conventional vibration source, the same amplitude, and the same vibration frequency of the screening equipment.
WYLS series scale vibrating screen is driven by ordinary motor external drive or self-vibration source to make the screen body oscillate periodically and reciprocally in the direction of excitation force. The material has different screening parameters on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of classification, dehydration and de-medium.
The self-synchronous vibrating screen adopts an asynchronous motor to drive two series gear box type vibration exciters through the transmission tile frame. The motor drives the eccentricity block of two series gear box vibrators to rotate in reverse through the transmission tile. In the time of motor starting moment, the exciting force of equal size and opposite direction is produced by the eccentric mass on the two axes of the vibrator, then gradually and automatically synthesize the same speed, and are perpendicular to the exciter's two-axis connection, and synchronous reciprocating linear motion through the load center of gravity. When adjusting the vibration force of each axis, it only needs to adjust the number of weight distribution blocks on eccentric blocks without opening the exciter.
The vibration exciter drives the screen plate fixed on the shaker screen box to vibrate in a certain vibration direction. The material on the screen surface is thrown in the direction of vibration. During the throwing process, the material is smaller than the screen hole and the material that passes through the screen hole without resistance is separated through the screen hole. The whole separation process is eliminated by the material from the feed end to the discharging end, so as to achieve the purpose of screening. The vibrating screen is a large-scale screening device with high efficiency, low noise, energy saving, and few wearing parts.
