The structure and characteristics of high amplitude vibrating screen of GFS series:
1. Structure: high amplitude vibrating screen consists of top cover, screen box, chute in front of screen, pedestal, motor bracket, motor, flexible coupling, vibration exciter, screen mesh, damping spring, hopper and other components.
2. Features of design: high amplitude vibrating screen does not vibrate in the form of a whole machine, in other words, not all parts of this machine vibrate, but some parts vibrate: the screen box, the top cover and the pedestal are fixed, only the screen mesh and the vibration exciter vibrate; and the high amplitude vibrating screen adopts the design of the sectional screen mesh.
3. Effect of design: the dynamic stress of the vibrating screen can be reduced to the minimum, because high amplitude vibrating screen adopts the design that the screen body doesn’t vibrate but the screen mesh vibrate. Precisely because of this design, while effectively improving the service life of the whole machine, the amplitude and vibration intensity are greatly improved. Thus, the inertia force exerted on the material by the screen mesh and the speed of the material being thrown are greatly increased, so that the phenomena of sticking, wrapping, clogging , etc., which are easy to appear in the precisely screening of the wet and sticky raw coal, are eliminated.
4. Power saving and cost saving: the power consumption of high amplitude vibrating screen can be greatly reduced, because only a very few components of high amplitude vibrating screen vibrate and the weight of vibration is small. The power consumption of high amplitude vibrating screen is the smallest in all vibrating screens with the same processing capacity. Compared with the traditional vibrating screen, the power consumption of high amplitude vibrating screen is 50% or less of the traditional vibrating screen. The low running cost of the high amplitude vibrating screen is unmatched by the traditional vibrating screen. It can save a great deal of electricity for the users.
5. Characteristics of screen mesh: the mesh of high amplitude vibrating screen is composed of special steel bars and framework, the bars are arranged lengthways. During the vibration of the whole screen mesh, there is a small gap between each bar and the corresponding hole, each bar is subjected to the second vibration, so that the problem of wet and sticky raw coal sticking to and blogging the screen mesh can be eliminated to the minimum. At the same time, the whole structure of the screen mesh adopts anti-clogging technology of spring, and even if 80% of the coal slime is added, the screen mesh can be completely nonclogging.
6. Structure of environmental protection: the high amplitude vibrating screen adopts the fully enclosed structure to keep the dust free and to meet the environmental requirements.
7. Convenient maintenance: in order to achieve rapid maintenance of high amplitude vibration screen, engineers have developed and designed a variety of automatic opening technology of top cover. The top cover can be fully opened in 10 seconds, and the personnel can access the screen box easily and comfortably, then repair and maintain the screen.
